Chronic Failures/Consistently Resistant

This is special situation where apart from no response, vitiligo patients have repeated episodes of activity or unstable vitiligo. This results in long time continuous treatment with put much results. Reasons could be related to vitiligo or related to patients. We try to evaluate the reason and guide the patients accordingly so that they get satisfactory results. However, despite best of the efforts such patients end with failures.
